� I remember conversing with someone this past year about present day "pirates". The person with whom I was having the discussion seemed more or less to be humoring me and not taking the fact that pirates are a real threat very seriously. While I could have easily asked them to research it themselves, I let the issue dissolve as the conversation continued.
